More pictures to make you jealous. Last weekend we went down to Gisborne again. One of the missionaries flats is overlooking the beautiful bay at Tokomaru. It’s there that I recorded the Tui bird but didn’t have a good enough picture to post Apparently the Tui bird is a brilliant mimic so a bit like the ‘MockingJay’. But I did take this photo of a Kingfisher sitting on a telephone wire.
