We were up nice and early Saturday morning and our first
stop was the garage. Here we meet all Four of the missionaries who were
travelling up to Tokomaru Bay to help us clear and clean the flat. They hired a
trailer for the day which proved to be very helpful. Its about an hour’s
journey up the coast passing some beautiful scenery. We then met the Elders who
lived there and spent about 4 hours clearing and cleaning. Plus me taking
photos of course. We also had an impromptu sing-a-long. Fun, especially singing
our mission song which I now almost know all the words. After having more fish
and chips we travelled a further 45 mins to the Ruatoria. Now the two
missionaries cover Tokomaru Bay/Tologa Bay/Ruatoria/Te Araroa.
We spent a pleasant evening eating noodles
(apart from Elder Saunders)and chatting at the Belliston’s home.
